Hi, I have a problem with my VTO4202F series intercom (VTO4202F-MR module).
No matter which 13.56 Mhz keycard or tag I present to the reader (Mifare S50), nothing happens!
There is no sound.
When I try the "Issue Card" function within the VTO web interface, none of the cards is recognized. I already tried 3 different tags.
Updating the VTO software to "DH_VTOXXXXD-G-S2_MultiLang_PN_PAAS_SIP_EMEA_V4.600.0000000.2.R.240802" also didn't change anything.
I even tried replacing the VTO4202F-MR module with a brand new one but this also didn't change anything.
What am I doing wrong?
I don't use a VTH but everything else works like ring or fingerprint, so this should not be a problem, right?
Dahua support also didn't want to help me..
I don't know what else I can try.
