Hello everybody
I am new in this forum, I have read a lot but I can't find the solution.

Currently I have installed a VTO2202F-P and a VTH5321GW installed through the Dahua SIP works correctly, but I'm trying to install it with Asterisk, in order to integrate it with home telephony.

The problem is that when I make a call, I can't hear it properly, either between the two devices, or with a SIP client on the computer or smartphone.

From what I have found, the VTO uses a G711U codec and in Asterisk I have ULAW enabled and configured in the extension.
All extensions are with CHAN_SIP, as I understand it doesn't work with PJSIP.

Does anyone have this problem?

Thank you very much for your help

Hi,
did you solve the issues with the calls?

I have the same situation with my VTH5321GW. I tried with different codecs but ulaw seems like is the only one which allows me to connect the call, but same as you, i am only able to hear some kind of interference and is not clear at all.
im using asterisk with issabel.

Regarding the VTO, i am using the VTP2111D with the SIP Firmware: V4.300.00000008.0.R and once someone press the button on the VTO, automatically calls the ring group where another sip telephones extensions are and the call is clear without issues.
So i can say that the only problem is with the VTH5321GW.

I will appreciate If you have any advice,

cheers! :D
