Newbie in the forum. Currently we have project using vto2111d-p-s2 and VTS5340B. Both updated to latest firmware from dahua official international website.
Both device are connected to SIP server Sangoma FreePBX 15 Asterisk Version: 16.17.0
VTO call to VTS = only voice but no video
We have another unit vth2421fw-p for test just to make sure it is not our FreePBX server issue. vto2111d-p-s2 call to vth2421fw-p working perfectly with voice and video.
Frustrating with this issue as our project need to be implement next month and our company willing to pay to get this issue resolve quickly.
