VTH black when pressing the camera button to see VTO picture ?

Hello, can someone please confirm ... as far as I see when I install a different fw version on the VTO and VTH and I press thr "camera" button on the VTH to see the VTO picture I just have a black screen ?
Someone experiencing the same ?
 
you mean factory setting of the VTO and the VTH ?
Do you know how to do it ? I have V4 on the VTH and V3.12 on the VTO ...

Factory reset only the VTH will work as I had similar issues for long time and realised had to factory default.

Go to settings long press one on VTH and it’s on page where we setup VTO settings called default
