Virtual memory page file instead of RAM?

Hello,
I am getting an error that the memory pages/sec is too high on my BI machine. The PC is dedicated to BI and I am using Zabbix to monitor my statistics. My CPU runs about 25-35% and I have 16GB of RAM that runs about 20%, to 30% at the most. So... why would my system be looking to use the virtual memory page file on my hard drive and not the speedy RAM chips?

After further investigation, this is not a large amount of virtual memory. I am just going to leave things alone. I think a SSD for my boot drive could help.
