View only settings?

I have a mini PC stick that has a quad core processor. When running only 4 cameras on the stick the processor is running around 98%. It runs fine but worried that it may overheat after time. I don't need this stick to record or do anything besides viewing the cameras. Which settings should I turn off or lower to ease the processor and also not record?

Mini PC stick
Atom quad core processor
2GB RAM
32GB (10GB free) storage
Windows 10
 
What do you have, and what are you trying to do? You need clarify your question.
