For the 26 cameras installed, it was all setup like that from the previous in-charge. We wanted to use audio & video, maybe you can help guide on what are the things that I need to do. Thanks for the help.Because you are adjusting the camera so the video type is video stream. Hopefully you aren’t running the rest of those settings on your camera that are in that picture.

Try instead:
- Video Encode mode: H264
- Bitrate type: CBR (Constant, not Variable)
- Max Bit rate: 8192 Kbps
- Frame rate: 15 FPS
This is the model of the camera installed DS-2CD1123G0E-I and the NVR is DS-9632NI-I8.What's the model number of the camera? The camera may not have a microphone or microphone inputs.
