Good day everyone,

I would like to ask why the camera video type is only video stream. The NVR model used was ds-9632ni-i8 Chinese version.

Appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you.

+1^^^.
Try instead:
  • Video Encode mode: H264
  • Bitrate type: CBR (Constant, not Variable)
  • Max Bit rate: 8192 Kbps
  • Frame rate: 15 FPS

Because you are adjusting the camera so the video type is video stream. Hopefully you aren’t running the rest of those settings on your camera that are in that picture.
For the 26 cameras installed, it was all setup like that from the previous in-charge. We wanted to use audio & video, maybe you can help guide on what are the things that I need to do. Thanks for the help.

What's the model number of the camera? The camera may not have a microphone or microphone inputs.

OR (this is from a series M NVR your series I should be similar):

So the camera itself doesn't have an audio. Is their anything that we can do about it? I mean put an audio into the camera?

There are some Hikvision cameras that don't have a built-in microphone, but do have an audio in connection to attach a microphone... as an example this older model PTZ:

DS-2DE4A320IW-DE

But I'm pretty sure your model does not have that either... it would be mentioned in the specifications for the camera.
