I am not sure if my issue starting happening after update to the latest version or the change of computer.

I used to run Blue Iris 64 bit 4.3.5 on a HP ML 350 G6 with two Xeon 2.8 GHz processors and raid5(10*300 GB), 32GB RAM.
The machine was a little too loud, plus I have another ML350 G6 as my ESXi home lab env.

I am now running Blue Iris on:
HP 8300 Elite with i7-3770
16GB RAM
120GB SSD for OS and BI 64 bit version 4.3.6.1
2TB For Alerts, New, Storage
I am using ReoLink 410 cameras.

Here is a sample of what I am seeing from all the cameras. As I am creating this thread, I have downgraded to 4.3.5, will update thread once videos are generated.

I'm seeing this as well for the first time since updating to 4.3.6. It seems to appear for a bit when a clip is first played, then it disappears after a second or so.

If you change your encode profile to "baseline" on the cameras, you don't see the smearing but video ghosting still happens.

turn down DNR (noise reduction) to address that 'predator'-like ghosting...

I've been getting the predator images myself in the last couple of weeks. I'm on the latest updates. I haven't changed the DNR settings in a long time.
