Video On Viewing Station Lagging

Hey Guys,

I have a Hikvision Installation with 20 Hikvision cameras recording to a 32 Channel NVR and it works GREAT, however, I have a PC with ivms 4200 which does nothing but view cameras, no recording or anything.

It runs well at first but after about 24 hours or so it starts to lag very badly, not the pc itself but the camera feed, often by 5-8 minutes. I have tried connecting to the NVR through the software as well as directly to the cameras and getting the same issue.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

You are getting 5-8 minutes delay when connected directly to the cameras? Wow! That's not going to be the cameras.
The common factor in all this is the PC, and maybe the network connectivity from PC to NVR and cameras.
Have you tried with more than one PC?
 
Have tried it with a different pc and the network is a brand new setup of 5 cisco POE switches connected via Fibre.
