Video of " Making a backup video " is not updated

I need a backup/clip of a recording.
The video is not updated and right clic doesn´t work.


Please help me how to do it

What version are you running? have you checked the help file, it explains how to do it. Right click on any clip (make sure you are right clicking on a clip not an alert)...you can also trim a clip before export in the playback window using the red and green arrows.

ver 4.3.5
I used the green and red arrows to show the part I wanted to backup.
The video clip was done but has only one frame besides I chossed a video of 2 minutes

Does it play normally when you view it before exporting?
