Video feeds frozen when viewing from BI App

Beginning in some recent updates, all of my camera feeds are frozen when using the BI app weather its one camera or all camera view but I can still hear the audio just fine. However, when viewing from the browser all cameras feeds are working as normal. I hope this isn't affecting my triggers.
 
no one is having this issue? They said "There was a combination of settings (sub stream, limit decode...)" not have my camera have the limited coding enabled. Just updated to 7.6 same issue

If by app you mean the server application make sure the pause button is not activated on the top right.
