Vga to HDMI connector

I got my new used optiplex 3020 mini tower with i5 4570 and Windows 10 as suggested . I am kinda building it now. Adding wd purple 4tb,joystick/keyboard/remote. But I did not know if I had a port for HDMI out on back or if I need a vga to HDMI adaptor? See there's two kinds. 4 to six cams from poe+ switch. I wanna have set up by smart tv. Thanks.

It's display port...use display port to HDMI cable or converter...
