Version 4

I upgraded to Version 4: I click on the video slider to the right as I did with the old version. I tried that now on all the videos say: Unable to open file.
How do I correct it?

are you running blue iris as a service? Don't know what that means.

Sounds like you have a class error. The codecs are probably not installed correctly (or BI itself).

What file format are you recording to? Im going to guess you are using mp4?

If you are using mp4 format..click on the codec link here http://blueirissoftware.com/third-party-software/
DONT CLICK on the green download tabs THEY ARE ads...click on the links on the right side of each package
