Had my car vandalised at work today - keyed. Unfortunately outside of the cover of CCTV.

Now at threat at home as well as the suspect knows where I live.

Looks like I'm going to have to ty to bring forward my CCTV project. Trouble is not sure how effective I can be with 1 camera. Better than none though!

Going to be checking a neighbouring businesses CCTV tommorrow. Hopefully they may have enough to enable me to involve the Police.

Yeah CCTV shows nothing. Adjoining business has low quality but to make it worse I guess they must be short of storage as it's recorded at very low bit rate, I'm guesing only around 1,000, it's quite blurry and blocky compared to the live view and 1 FPS!!! Why anyone would do that over the cost of a hard drive is beyond me especially as the business is high risk as they go.

Unfortunately, most believe a camera is a camera and just hanging them up will provide CSI quality imagery to the police.
