Utility to change oem branding splash screen etc?

Wondering if the Utility to change oem branding splash screen etc is floating around? I know Nellys has this but I had a unit installed and setup before noticing they used a black logo with the black splash screen background. I'd like to be able to change it as I cant send it back...
