Using smart PSS (or DMSS) to move the wiper

Hi there,

I have 3 Dahua cameras and I haven't been able to get the wiper to work on any of them. has anyone been able to get the wiper to work using Smart DSS or DMSS?

My camera models:

SD8C845FG-HNF and the SD8A840-HNF-PA

Just tested the SD8C845FG-HNF (2.820.000.19.0R) with smart PSS v 2.003.0000.4.0 and the wiper works

I was able to get the wiper to work when logging into the camera and pressing the wiper icon.

When I try to do it with smart PSS, I don't know what to add for Aux order. Do you know what I put in there? I tried 0 and 1 :

No Aux for me either, do you have the latest PSS version? The older PSS required a aux # and you can use it in the NVR but I forgot what it was..

I'm using v2.003.000005.0. I'll try upgrading..

I upgraded to the latest version of smart pss and now the aux option dissappears. The wiper works! thanks for helping to troubleshoot!
