Using NACL and firmware updates - Issue

I can use the NACL plugin in Chrome but it does not show video. I can change the settings and save but it does not show live video. BI shows the live video, no problem.
I tried IE with the same result, I can edit settings but no live video.
Using mostly IPC-HDW5231R-Z cameras.

I also have an issue with not finding the firmware for my cameras.

I have the same issue as well with NACL in Chrome. I have found that Firefox works fine with no plugins.
