Using BI's cam server -- what is channel number ?

How do I use the cam number on Tinycam to select a specific camera or camera group?

the channel numbering in Tinycam seems random in terms of which BI cam it shows on Tinycam. Sometimes it shows multi cams in a split screen on Tinycam when I select one of the higher numbers for channel number.

is there a trick to this channel number mapping? What does the number refer to??

using Tinycam Pro 14.7.1 (from Amazon store) on a 4k firestick.
BI is version 5.3.2.9 x64 (9/18/2020)

In Camera Settings press Status. It should show all enumerated channels in Advanced Info.
