As Yogi Berra once said,"It's deja vu all over again"! The dems are broke again,
For our younger generations, back in 1968 in Chicago, the dems had a disastrous convention.
Riots and unease were the capitol of the day.

They not only lost to Richard Nixon but were so broke they needed a LARGE cash infusion for the 1972 race.
AT&T were still owed 10 million dollars and would not turn on the phones. Other vendors were in the same boat.
No one would do business with the dems untill they were paid for the 1968 convention.

Suddenly a LARGE CASH infusion appeared and the dems paind off their bills and were ready to go.
So what Arab country bought the democrats, Libya? Now you know what the "White House Plumbers"
were looking for at the Watergate Hotel.

In retrospect, now you know how corrupt the media as well as the Democrats are! How's that
Woodward and Bernstein bullshit sitting with you now?

I was there then. In my muddled memory I mix it up with the MLK assassination, so of the two remember mostly deserted streets patrolled by nation guard jeeps, and mayor Daley issuing the shoot to maim order for looters, and shoot to kill for more serious offenses.

I was always under the impression that the missiles are no problem since Russia has been selling them to Iran, it is the enriched uranium for the warhead that is in the West crosshairs and has been for years...
