The same getaway vehicle was stopped close to Russia-Ukraine border.
Here is Associated Press own footage last year that showed ISIS unit in Ukraine, fighting against the Russians.
Russia's second most powerfull person Former President Dmitry Medvedev.

Ukraine is loosing and falling back. Russia is able to take over a village or a town every week. The pace at which they are able to do this is 10x better then last year.
Lindsey Graham was in Ukraine this week, asking Ukraine to start large scale drafting. The average age of Ukraine solider is already more then 50 years and they have also started drafting women.
The only way Ukraine can stand ground is with Nato troops on the ground. Russia has now upgraded the Ukraine operations from special military operation to WAR.
French President Macron wants boots on ground to deflect from is Man wife. Biden wants wartime powers.
Also, ISIS hates US and west more then they hate Russians and unlike Russia which is at a heightened state of alert due to Ukraine attacks. The US border isn't, we already seen on video of muslims entering and even bragging about who they are and what they intend to do. Yet ISIS choose to attack Russia and how will this impact Russia and the Muslim Sunni nation relations. ISIS is a sunni faction which is supported by royal family of Saudi and Qatar, which Iran and Syria is against.
Over 50 countries this year is up for elections and we will see more black swan events and some how the CIA is always involved.
Also this attack on Russia came a day after Putin made LGBTQ equal to terrorism.

1- a deciding vote if it comes to a tie in the electoral college count OR if no candidate gets 270 votes
2- the possibility of declaring Trump not eligible prior to the election, which the USSC has already said they can

“Not Likely to Happen”: Jonathan Turley Pours Cold Water on Letitia James’s Plans to Seize Trump’s Assets
James filed judgments against Trump and others in Westchester County, New York, where Trump owns a private estate in Seven Springs and the Trump National Golf Club Westchester, Friday. Turley said that James could find seizing the properties much more difficult than she thought
“These properties are partnerships, they have leveraged debt. All of that has to be unraveled,” Turley told Fox Business host Larry Kudlow. “So these aren’t just this, you know, one to one Trump versus James type of equation. So in order to seize that property, she’s going to be pulled into court, there’s going to be challenges. It’s not going to happen overnight. Everyone is celebrating this idea that she’s going to padlock Trump Tower. It’s not likely to happen, and it’s certainly not likely to remain very long.”
