Defending The Republic Demands The FDA
Stop Hiding Information From the American Public

Today, Defending the Republic filed suit in a Dallas federal court demanding the FDA stop hiding information from the American public and produce ALL data and records it was provided in approving Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine.
We have been on the front lines in the fight against unlawful COVID-19 mandates, which were implemented in conjunction with the FDA's improper approval of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
As more information comes out regarding the safety and effectiveness issues of these vaccines, and as the COVID-19 deaths of the fully vaccinated continue to rise, it is essential that the American public has access to Moderna's "Spikevax" data.
This latest action by Defending the Republic seeks the expedited production of those records. Through its fights in the courts, Defending the Republic will guarantee the public's right to review that data for themselves.

Proving the partisan conflict of interest, the CTCL supported many election offices' shifts to vote-by-mail and allegedly accessed mail-in ballots ahead of the election using funds from the Facebook founder's Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

Though the group purports to be nonpartisan, following several exposés into the group's left-wing bias, the CTCL appears to be launching a new $80 million initiative to extend its influence over America's election departments.

Announced in April of 2022, the U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence is described as a "nonpartisan collaborative that is bringing together election officials, designers, technologists, and other experts to help local election departments improve operations, develop a set of shared standards and values, and obtain access to best-in-class resources to run successful elections."

The alliance's website provides scant details on how it plans to accomplish its aforementioned goals.

Local election departments appear to be able to apply to become a "Center for Election Excellence" and, if approved, will receive funding from the alliance.

18 Major Airlines, FAA, and DOT to Be Sued Over COVID Vaccine Mandates
QUOTE: John Pierce Law has filed a lawsuit against Atlas Air, on behalf of US Freedom Flyers (USFF) and Atlas employees, and plans to sue all major airlines, 18 altogether, plus the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT), contending that the vaccine mandates imposed by these agencies on the airlines' employees infringed on their constitutional, religious, and medical liberties.

The lawsuit against Atlas Air was filed in federal court in the Southern District of Florida, with over 100 plaintiffs pursuing litigation.

"Fundamentally, this case is about whether Americans should be required to choose between their livelihoods and being coerced into taking an experimental, dangerous medical treatment," reads the lawsuit (pdf).

Plaintiffs are mostly unvaccinated pilots, flight attendants, as well as other Atlas staff.

Of the 13,150 U.S. deaths reported as of May 27, 16% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 20% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 59% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

In the U.S., 586 million COVID-19 vaccine doses had been administered as of May 27, including 346 million doses of Pfizer, 221 million doses of Moderna and 19 million doses of Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

Every Friday, VAERS publishes vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed.Historically, VAERS has been shown to report only 1% of actual vaccine adverse events.

A former DC National Guard official has alleged that top Army generals lied to Congress in their testimony about the Jan. 6 Capitol riot
— calling the Army’s official version of that day’s events an “alternate history … worthy of the best Stalinist or North Korea propagandist.”

In a blistering 36-page memo obtained by Politico, Col. Earl Matthews alleged that the Pentagon inspector general’s report on the military response to the violence contained “myriad inaccuracies, false or misleading statements, or examples of faulty analysis.”

Matthews, who was serving at the time as a top military lawyer to then-DC Guard commander Maj. Gen. William Walker, vented his rage against Gen. Charles Flynn and Lt. Gen. Walter Piatt, at one point describing both officers as “absolute and unmitigated liars.”

The central focus of Matthews’ claims is a call that took place at 2:30 p.m. on the day of the riot, in which then-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund “pleaded for the immediate support of the D.C. National Guard at the U.S. Capitol as the security perimeter at the Capitol was being breached at that very moment,” according to Matthews.
