Let's see how the Biden Administration handles this one:
We paid for 5 doses with the standard syringes... Pfizer wanted a statement from the FDA stating the vials contained 6 does ( not up to 6 if you try and use "low dead volume" syringes ) - if you don't use the "low dead volume" syringes and use the standard syringe instead.. too bad, less doses for your community.. )

Pfizer Will Ship Fewer Vaccine Vials to Account for ‘Extra’ Doses

After the surprise discovery of an extra dose in every vial, Pfizer executives successfully lobbied the F.D.A. to change the vaccine’s formal authorization language. The company charges by the dose.

In December, pharmacists made the happy discovery that they could squeeze an extra vaccine dose out of Pfizer vials that were supposed to contain only five.

Now, it appears, the bill is due. Pfizer plans to count the surprise sixth dose toward its previous commitment of 200 million doses of Covid vaccine by the end of July and therefore will be providing fewer vials than once expected for the United States.

And yet, pharmacists at some vaccination sites say they are still struggling to reliably extract the extra doses, which require the use of a specialty syringe.

“Now there’s more pressure to make sure that you get that sixth dose out,” said Michael Ganio, the senior director for pharmacy practice and quality at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

For weeks, Pfizer executives pushed officials at the Food and Drug Administration to change the wording of the vaccine’s so-called emergency use authorization so that it formally acknowledged that the vials contained six doses, not five.

The distinction was critical: Pfizer’s contract with the federal government requires that it be paid by the dose. And there were serious public health implications. If the label’s formal language told people administering the vaccine that the vial contained a sixth dose, that could accelerate the pace of vaccinations at a crucial time.

At one point, Pfizer executives lashed out at the top federal vaccine regulator over the government’s hesitation to approve the request, according to people familiar with the discussions who were not authorized to discuss them.

On Jan. 6, Pfizer got what it wanted. The F.D.A. changed the language in its fact sheet for doctors to confirm that the vials contain a sixth dose. The change mirrored similar labeling updates by the World Health Organization and the F.D.A.’s counterpart in the European Union.
..

Pfizer’s efforts to capitalize on the discovery were for weeks camouflaged in a bureaucratic language dispute. Before Christmas, Pfizer approached F.D.A. officials requesting a formal change to its fact sheet so that it said each vial contained six doses of vaccine instead of five. But regulators instead suggested the phrase “up to six doses,” depending on what kinds of needles and syringes were used to extract the vaccine.

After the F.D.A. signed a new fact sheet with that more cautious language, Pfizer approached F.D.A. officials again, saying it was crucial to say “six doses.” The company suggested altering the language to indicate that low dead volume syringes should be used. At one point, Pfizer executives lashed out at Dr. Peter Marks, the top vaccine regulator at the F.D.A., according to two people who heard about the exchange but were not authorized to discuss it.

..

Still, Pfizer’s attempts to pressure the F.D.A. unsettled some health officials, especially since the company itself originally calculated that the vials contained five doses. If an extra dose could be extracted, that would mean the vaccine supply could be stretched, protecting more Americans from the virus. On the other hand, too few of the specialty syringes would mean the government could end up paying for wasted doses.
..
Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary, said on Thursday that the Biden administration might use the Defense Production Act to accelerate production of the specialized syringes in order to increase supply, suggesting that the federal government is uncertain whether it will have enough in the future.
( so the WhiteHouse is aware of this issue and is letting Pfizer give us about 20% less vaccine than we paid for using standard syringes ... )

Trump pretty much just ignored it and let 25 Million Americans become infected and let 500,000 die. Probably many more given many cases go reported as other causes. OK if you're not one of the 500,000 who died, or one of the ones who took his advice and injected bleach into their insides to get rid of it.
Do you have any sources other than the fiction that's fed to you by the press? Here's one example of how Trump was thwarted by his political opponents. None of this is secret information. The press amplifies anything against Trump, buries what is favorable to Trump, then feeds the resulting crap to the public. This is one way the political opponents and press "let" people die in order to politically damage Trump:

In early 2000, Trump initially followed the advice of the WHO and the US medical experts, mainly Dr. Fauci, that covid was not easily spread. Sensing they were wrong, he enacted a partial travel ban and was excoriated heavily for overreaction and racism by deep state players, including Biden. At the exact same time, several prominent democratic leaders were encouraging people to not overreact and carry on life as usual. Later these same players, including Biden, demonized DJT for not doing enough. Further down the road, the experts changed their advice and Trump got slammed for having done the wrong thing.

What you read in the press has one primary purpose: Damage Trump. If it causes people to die, so be it. The ends justify the means.

As a fellow European, I agree. Many Americans have been taught to believe Socialism even in it's mild form is an evil equivalent to communism when they have a system, totally based on greed, where everyone just cares about number 1 and f*ck everyone else. A minority of the population are filthy rich and a majority living in total poverty. Those in society who are less lucky, born in the wrong area, poor, black or disabled are just left to starve, die, or survive by begging or crime or whatever way they can whilst the super wealthy buy a bigger boat as the Government doesn't care so long as it services the fellow wealthy. That's really the best system?

Again not sure where you got your facts from but think Trump has been feeding you propoganda as reliable as his bleach suggestion:

1: Again Britain Got the highest homelessness in world.

Really, official statictics:

UK - 38,000 homeless in a country of 70 million = 0.0005% -
US - homeless official figures 0.17% Federal Government statictics taken from the Wiki Homelessness in the United States - Wikipedia

US has a 340 times higher rate of homelessness.

2: high crime rate with knife

UK Knife crime figures - 46,000 offences in 70 million population = 0.0006%

Comparison Chart using figures from the FBI and UK Office for National Statistics:

US has a 30% higher rate of knife crime

Add in Gun Crime:

US has an 80 times higher rate of gun crime

..And those figures are per head of population so take into account the larger US population.

You're being sold lies if you're being told the US has lower crime rates. Home Invasion for one is practically unheard of in the UK. Where I live, I've lived there over 50 years and never been burgled or even had an attempt. I've never had a car stolen or broken into. The only crime I've had in over 50yrs is a single occassion of graffiti on a neighbours wall I could see, and the council cleaned it off free of charge in days after I complained thanks to the UK local Government system.

3: if your country is that good why your British people still leaving for US. Why not enjoy the low tax rate.

Not seeing many leaving. In fact UK population growing. Suspect this may also be US propoganda.

4: there is not 30 day return policy. Talking about fixing our tax system when you guys have gone south since 1600s.

What's wrong with a 30 day return policy? It's what makes our consumer system great. You can buy something and if it's not right take it back provided it's in it's original re-saleable condition. I guess retailers make slightly less profit but they just re-sell it as returned goods for a slight discount. Overall the system works and ensures good consumer protection from getting things that are different to what you expected when you saw them in the catalogue or on the web site. Much better than getting home or receiving your item and realising you wasted your money and have to buy again.

The only way our tax system has gone south is by letting the rich and global corporations escape paying their tax dues in the UK. If they were paying their fare share, then the UK would be even wealthier with an even better standard of living for most as the Government would have lot more money to spend on public services. It's by copying the US and allowing the wealthy to avoid paying tax by allowing them to use offshore tax havens or pay tax in low tax economies abraad such as Luxemburg that the UK has gone downhill.

5: learn from mistakes maybe British could keep its position in the world not end up being a toy.

Britain doesn't need to throw it's weight around and it's till not a toy. We still have the best special forces of any country anywhere in the world in the SAS / SBS. Even US forces acknowldge that. Britain could stand alone and win against most countries except maybe Russia and China but that's down to size. The US is a larger country so has a larger amount to spend on armed forces so can take on the other super powers alone.
I think the difference here is True Americans are Not going to bend over and allow a Socialistic Government enter an Exit :), as the Europeans have done...Need I say more LOL

Trump has been feeding you propoganda as reliable as his bleach suggestion:
Are you basing that on what Trump actually said? Here's what he said:

"And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, you — which you can do, either through the skin or in some other way. And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or — or almost a cleaning? Because you see it gets in the lungs."

Notice the word "bleach" is missing. The context was a brainstorming session with a doctor. It was a friggin QUESTION to an expert. Then the press reports something like "Trump says to drink bleach and inject lysol", and all of the sheep spread it around as if it were fact.
