Uploads to Platerecognizer

Hello

I`m seeing that sometimes uploading of images are not going into Platerecognizer.. is there some server problems of is it related to BI ?
I`m on 5.7.4.2
Only 2 Cameras taking screenshot at 4K...not recording video...only using for LPR..

I'm not aware of any issues, however I'm on 5.6.8.4. I'm still getting successful plate detections.

Could you clarify your issue? Is the issue in capturing images locally? Is that Plate Recognizer isn't being called for events with vehicles and plates? Is it that Plate Recognizer is being called but reporting an error with the image upload? Is it that Plate Recognizer does the correct processing of the image but doesn't show it on its dashboard?

Mine seems to be working fine on 5.7.4.1.
