Upgrade Chinese DS-2CD3132F-IW to 5.4.5

I know that these were listed as not upgrade-able when I bought them and if they can't be upgraded I will live with that. Just though I would see if anyone has found a solution on how to upgrade them. I have two of them, one at 5.2.5 and one at 5.3.0.

I think the seller in China can probably do that . I had have one with 5.2.5 and the seller upgrade it to 5.4.0 with multi language for example . But I've paid cost to send him to China because it was not possible to upgrade it with just an update with the web GUI .
