Updating to latest BI 5.6.0.8 and I lose a week of clips and Alerts-SOLVED

I've been back on 5.5.9.6 (1st August 2022) for perhaps 2 weeks after a previous update messed with the "All Clips", as accessed from the green filing cabinet, it was all black blank. Still making no effective progress with Code Project AI to work, I decided to update BI to 5.6.0.8.
With BI running 5.6.0.8 I have no clips from September, either in All clips or Alerts, but returning BI back to 5.5.9.6 I have September's clips back (a bit of late Augusts too).

Is this a data base update issue that would be sorted when the database is updated at in my case at 2am?
How might I update the database now without waiting for 2am tomorrow? Then I would know if I can progress from being stuck on 5.5.9.6 by trying the effects of another update to 5.6.0.8.

Yes, run full database rebuild/repair under the right click menu that appears when clicking in the Alert list box. Despite other members misgivings about this 5.6.0.x series, I have had no trouble with the last couple of point releases. In fact it completely solved the issues surrounding the occasional broken UI3 link with Pushover notifications.

Thanks jrbeddow, I updated to 5.6.0.9 and recents clips and Alerts disappeared, but after a Database repair/regenerate as you suggested they reappeared. Your help is much appreciated, thanks.
