Updating PTZ presets in blue iris

I have a few PTZ cameras of the same model. PTZ presets were set on the camera's webUI directly. On some of them, blue iris "knows" the presets programmed on the camera (and knows their name, like "mailbox" etc). On others, it doesn't (just lists the default "Preset 1" "Preset 2" etc, and doesn't move the camera when I click on them). When I add presets to a camera (via camera UI) it already knows some presets on, blue iris doesn't learn the new presets.

The "press and hold" option in blueiris doesn't update the camera's PTZ.


Is there a way to force blue iris to "update" or "download" the PTZ presets from the camera?

If the cam is Onvif capable, try the find/inspect button under camera properties/video/configure. This should then import and update the presets....this works on Dahua's anyway.
