Unwanted email alert at sunrise

I'm just tweaking my BI email notifications, i've got it set up pretty much exactly how I want it...not too sensitive but not missing anything either...it doesn't go off when I turn on the kitchen light or outside light but I do annoyingly get one at sunrise 6:30am ..I'm guessing this is when the camera switches from night time to daytime mode...does anyone know which setting I can tweak to ignore this switchover email alert ?

Perhaps utilizing a 'Schedule' you can experiment with 'Civil Twilight' in conjunction with 'Latitude/Longitude' settings; read the BI Help files for those items in 'Schedules'.
