UNV Cameras & NVR

Anyone have a suggestion for a fix? Three of the six cameras will not show an event (motion) in the timeline of the NVR. Cameras have been updated to current firmware. The cameras are IPC3614SR3-ADPF28F and the NVR is NVR302-08S-P8. When first installed 4 weeks ago everything worked fine. Thanks in advance.

update: I talked with tech support in China two different times today & shared my PC with them through TeamViewer. The short story is they did a packet capture between the cameras and NVR and will send it to their research department on Monday. They seem to think there is some kind of packet loss going on with that problem and now a sound problem in two other cameras.
