Unable to view remote viewing with windows 10 + DS-7608NI-E2/8P/A

Just installed a DS-7608NI-E2/8P/A NVR and unable to remote view , I can view with windows 7 + 8 but when I sign in to the Hikvision web site and try to down load the file to view , All I get is " web exe is corrupt or invalid " , I can view with windows 7 or 8 but not windows 10 any body got any thoughts ?

I think I need to turn off some thing on 10 to be able to run this file any body got any thoughts .

Windows 10 objects to some versions of the webcomponents.exe file.
To get round this you need to find the file in the folder you tried to download it to (save target as ..), and use Windows Explorer to execute it.
