Unable to set IP address on Hikvision Storage Server

Anyone know how I can set the IP address on the Hikvision Storage Server installed on a PC. My subnet is 192.x.x.x. but it keeps generating an IP address with 172.x.x.x. So the client only sees devices in the 192 subnet and I need to add it manually. The problem is the 172 client address can change when I reboot the machine.

Okay, I finally got it solved. I set the admin password on the local configuration menu but apparently, I also have to enter the password in the user section. Go figure.
