Unable to playback from PTZ Camera

Hello guys,

I have the SD49225XA-HNR PTZ cam that I bought some few months ago from Andy and it's all working fine but I'm unable to playback any recordings when using DMSS on either my phone or laptop. All my cameras record on a local NAS. I can see that the PTZ one creates dav and snapshot files but then when searching for recordings via Playback I'm getting No Record-IP PTZ Camera. Other Dahuas (Dome ones) are working just fine. I can connect to the PTZ and get Live View and notifications so the connection is fine.

Any ideas?

Do the other cameras have an SD card in it and the the PTZ does not?

No, none of them have sd card

Forgot to mention the other ones are Dahua turrets white 2MP and one black 4MP
