Cannot view any of the recordings in the Viewer. Research indicated that the OS (Win7x64) needed codecs installed. Have downloaded and installed K-Lite Codec Pack and installed with all defaults.

Recordings are being stored and can be viewed outside BI in a media player.

search the error..you need an mp4 codec...dont record to mp4..its inferior to bvr
