Unable to download NVR recorded files with Internet Explorer

I have successfully upgraded and configured my NVR with 3.3.2 multi-lang firmware. While testing, when I go to the Playback tab and try to download any of the recorded files, the pop up window comes to the logon window again.

If I login it just takes me back to the NVR web interface.

If I use Chrome browser, as we know the plugin doesn't work to display video, but I'm able to download files as expected.

I'm assuming it has to do with something related to the IE browser settings, but the ones I have tried changing had no effect.


Does anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks for any input.

Too many issue with IE, not just for this stuff but in general.

I recall having the same issue when i was on 3.3.4, my fix was to downgrade back to 3.1.0 :laugh:

Yeah, Firefox works, so I guess I'll be using it when connecting to the NVR. Thanks.

Add the NVR IP address to Trusted Sites in IE. Or just use Firefox.
