Unable to connect

Hi, I have Everfocus 960 DVR and BI v.4.0 trial version. I am able to view my camera through http remotely.

In BI I have enter Externali : port, make: Everfocus and model: http, but show an error: check port/user/password.

I have also tried Generic and model: MJPEG stream, but gave me this error: HTTP: 404 not found.

does it pull up anything up when you click on Find/Inspect. If it is telling you to check port/user or password, then that is most likely the problem. Log onto cameras web interface and check so see what ports you need to point BI to. Good luck. Blue Iris is the absolute best.

Not sure why you are hiding the port...check that the proper ports are forwarded or setup a vpn if you value any security.
