Unable to connect to my cameras

Hello All,

a few days ago I downloaded ispy software, I have 2 "Ubiquiti UniFi Video Dome UVC-G3-DOME"
which I always used with a "Ubiquiti Unifi Video Recorder". Such recorder is now broken e
for this reason I decided to download ispy but I just cannot make it work.

The 2 cameras are both connected to my home network via a network cable.
After I launch ispy 64, I go to "Add" and I select either "Onvif Camera" or "IP Camera"
there I try to enter the urser name of the camera and the password but I always get "Connection failed"

I also used the wizard, when I get to the page that should show a link to choose, there are no links.

If I enter the IP address of the cameras in a browser, I can connect to them and view the live feed.

Can I get some basic steps to get this solved?

I don't understand what that means, do you mean the vlc media player? what do I do with it?
