Unable to connect to BI through app

Good afternoon,
I need some help. I am unable to access blue Iris through my lan or wan using the Blue Iris app. While using my LAN, the number of alerts was able to be updated using the app. It went from 200 and some to 400 and some. The cameras/app never completely opened though. However, on my WAN, the app just keeps trying to open. I’m not sure what the problem is. The power went out at my house, but I was experiencing issues connecting just before that. I checked the iPhone had LAN privileges. I created an inbound rule through my firewall. I have not tried any other devices other than my iPhone. I can connect remotely using a laptop. I always get to the second to the guy first stage of the remote wizard, and that screen has never worked. I have always used ZeroTier and that seems to give me another address. I never thought that could’ve been an issue until now.

Edit: the app just opened normally using WAN. Still having issues on LAN

Ghost in the machine. I could get the app to work on LAN to save my ass. It works fine now. I didn’t do nuffin’ to fix it.
