Unable to access NVR

Could anyone help me access my Hikvision 104M-A
firmware - 3.4.98 build 171121

I have tried several tools that I can find and fixes online but no luck I am unable to access the admin panel or anyone other panel to reset or start again with this NVR.

You should be able to do a Factory Reset by pressing a button down on the inside of the NVR I would presume. If you are wanting to restart fresh that's what I would do. I was able to find a couple of YouTube videos that can help show where that reset button would be on your board.
