ui3 stuck on Loading Camera List

Hi folks,

I've been using the UI3 web viewer for a long time with no issues. It seems like after a recent upgrade, it broke. This broke in the last couple of weeks. My computer was having some issues and BI was principally responsible for 100% disk usage and so I tried to update and restart, but I think something didn't go well. Since then I've updated to the version listed below but the problem remains.

Here is the error message I'm receiving:

An unexpected error has occurred in /ui3.htm (v 153 / 5.4.7.11). A full refresh may solve the problem (CTRL + F5). If you wish to report the error, please SCREENSHOT the browser now.

And the loading screen is stuck on "Busy" for the "Loading Camera List" step.

Can I reinstall the UI3 web viewer?
