UI3 - Group Cycle displays tiny images

Up until yesterday, I've used the group cycle feature and the live images would fill the screen.
Suddenly, when I go to select a group cycle, the images appear much smaller than full screen and also much smaller than their actual resolution.

Here's what it looks like now (with Chrome on a PC and with Chrome on an Android tablet).
Even if I go to full-screen, the image displays this size:

Here's the full-screen display I was seeing in Group Cycle until yesterday (seen when manually maximizing the camera):

Here's the actual image in it's native resolution (1280 x 120):

I've tried many things, including different stream qualities in UI3 and camera, webcasting and group webcasting settings in Blue Iris.
I'm stumped!

They show up for me.

that is because they are on your local machine or, you have privileges to the file that other people do not have.

I sent the same thing to bp2008, and he saw it.

Actually I should be the only one who can see those images (lol), since they were originally attached to a conversation with me and then apparently the attachment URLs were just copied into this thread.
