Microsoft defender still somewhat runs even after manually disabling it so I decided to just remove it entirely from Windows.
I used two apps to remove Microsoft Defender and Bloatware. I love this method as it decreases hardrive and cpu usage.

Just choose the first option when running Program which would be the letter "Y"
I found this new app that I love to remove bloatware . I apply the fixes it recommends and then manually go in the tool and remove some extra apps windows has installed.

I have 12 4mp cameras running in blueiris with codeproject ai. Cpu useage is almost non existant ( I have 16 cores dedicated to it in a Vmware ESXI enviroment).
Iv been running blueiris for years and I must say its an amazing piece of software. I have never had it once crash on me. I like to trim my windows installs to the minimum and avoid microsoft bloat.
