Turn off Sound on Cameras.

I am trying to turn off sound on one of my cameras, I have gone into Camera > Encode and clicked on More and changed the Audio to OFF. But the audio is still coming from the camera. Any ideas?

What camera? On my 5442s, audio is found under Camera -> Audio.

In the camera it's like Biggen says.
In the NVR the audio setting are In the "More".

Make sure Audio is disabled on both NVR and Camera - as the settings doesn't always follow from one to the other.
Also make sure you switch it of for main and sub stream(s).

Its all disabled on the nvr in the main and sub stream. But I cant log in to the camera. It says my details are incorrect?

All sorted. I now have another issue when I view the cameras say View 4 one of them is a black screen. If you double click on it then it’s showing. Any ideas?

I start a new thread with that problem in the title to get some new responses. I don't use a purpose built NVR so I can't be of help.
