I trying to see if can get Blue Iris and my Sunba camera working together. When I go to the camera's web page configuration page, it tells me the Media Port is 34567, HTTP Port is 80, and Onvif Port is 8899. Everything is working okay from the camera's web page. In Blue Iris, I selected the Find/inspect button and it seems to find the camera but selects generic for the camera model and I get no video signal. So I then manually select the Sunba 507-20xc RTSP selection in BI and the Media port changes automatically to 554, and the Discovery port changes to 8999 and suddenly the video appears in BI. However, I get no PTZ functions in Bl. Does anyone know what is happening here and what I might be doing wrong. Thanks

I can control the camera with ONVIF Device Manager v2.2.250, using presets and directional arrows.

I'm a little late to this party, but my PTZ is working fine. Choosing SUNBA for the video, the PTZ defaults to this:

To send some of the Special Presets' :

preset.JPG

Hope that helps.
