IMG_2247.PNG Hey everyone, new user trying to set up a camera.

I have set up the camera in (what I thought was) the correct manner, however, when I tried to view the camera through my iPhone it said "device password error". I am now a little stuck because I don't know how to fix this and there doesn't seem to be an apparent source of this fairly ambiguous message.

Any and all help is appreciated!
 
Thanks Alastair I should have been more specific.

It's a Sricam IP camera and I'm using an iPhone using the 'Sricam' app.

Please let me know if you require further information.
