Trouble setting up blue iris and install on new computer

I just installed a new BI on a computer for someone who did not have their license key. So I downloaded a new BI to the computer and imported the backup file from the old computer. Everything went smooth until I realized it was only working on the Lan side and not the Wan. Could not get them on the phone outside of the office nor on the Web UI. Everything was checked on the wifi/router side and all looked good. Found out that the anti virus firewall was most likely blocking it but before I could look into that, he uninstalled the antivirus. It will not let me put a check in the "Run as Windows service" box. Keeps asking for password. I have put every single password that is associated with his set up and nothing works. He DOES NOT have a password or sign in on his computer and I'm thinking this is what it is looking for. He has never setup a password on any of his computers. Is there anyway to fix this problem where it will run all the time? Right now I'm just minimizing it to the bottom of the page. Thanks
