Turns out the file was exported properly but VLC had trouble playing it. Windows Media Player managed to play the MP4 just fine. Will need to investigate this a bit more to find out why VLC could not play the clip as it plays all other MP4s. If anyone has worked through this before I would appreciate some advice.
Greetings, Clips that are exporting using the MP4 format will not play back. They don't fail when exporting but on playback it is a still frame. I am able to export the same clips to either WMV or AVI but they look low res and choppy.
BI 4.6.5.2
VLC installed as the playback device.
I have never had trouble playing MP4s so I am assuming I have the needed codecs.
Your thoughts and ideas are appreciated.
