Trouble exporting, stuck in queue maybe

I seem to not be able to export anymore. I have clips in the clipboard, selected export, says its in the queue for export but then nothing more.

Is there a manual kick to invoke the export queue?

Is there a way to see what is in the export queue?

Why would it not just export?

Make sure you uncheck re-encode video. If the camera is providing the date/time, all that checking this box does is make it take longer and results in a bigger file.

It is unchecked. 1 day later and still not processed the queue.
