Trouble connecting to DVR

Hi all,

I have installed a new DVR, it's ports are as follows:

IP: 192.168.1.83
HTTP: 1200
HTTPS: 443
Server Port: 6036
RTSP: 554

I am having trouble connecting to it via BI, the web client built in it works over the net at home, and I can connect to it via a mobile app.

I have setup BI with the information I have but it will not connect, but the old one did.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to connect to it.

at least provide the name of the dvr...
How to add camera to BI that is not in the drop down list

It's a TYT Full HD 8 Channel Real Time Pro XVR 2HDD. Supports TVI, AHD, IP & Analogue.
