Is it possible to send trigger images via ftp for backup. First 5 seconds of captures or the trigger movie.

Welcome to the forum..Yes you can. First setup the ftp server in blue iris options >ftp servers tab...
Then to post images, go the the camera properties >post...
To automatically backup clips to ftp got to blue iris options >clips and archiving >clip backup...note that I believe that the file is backed up one when its finished writing, therefore if you have long combine and cut times this wont be a realtime backup..the solution would be to cut the combine a cut time to two minuets or so, or just uncheck it so that each motion event is a new clip..
