Greetings all.
I'm hoping I can get a bit of guidance with my issue.
I have a Trendnet TV-IP311PI camera, it dropped off the network, I power-cycled it from my POE switch, and the admin account password had reverted to default (but no other settings reverted).
After doing a reset, per manual, I'm able to change network configuration and video configuration as needed, but cannot select the user name field to modify the admin password. Strangely, the browse button in the "Maintenance/remote upgrade" menu is also inactive....
Thinking this might be a browser security issue, I've tried the following, all with the same results:
on PC via network, Chrome, Firefox and Edge browser, on MacBook via network, Chrome and Safari.
I've direct connected (skipping network infrastructure) to Macbook and get the same results.
