Tracking human with Boavision Camera

Good morning.
I have a Boavision camera (model C6FOSoZ3NOPIL2). I am trying to enable automatic human tracking via the CamHiPro app, but unfortunately, I haven't succeeded. I tried using codes found on various websites (such as 96, 92, or 100), but none worked. I should mention that I did manage to activate the automatic tour between preset points with a 2-minute interval; while many sites list code 73 for this, I discovered (by chance) that for my camera, the correct code is 72.
Can anyone help me enable human tracking?
